Expand beyond your current limits
You arrive, wanting to hear the wisdom of your clear self while looking for relief or answers. Step inside, take a few breaths, be willing to pause long enough to let the ripples of your mind chatter become still.
It’s time for some help for you – to take an inward journey with willingness and courage. Sit down comfortably; let yourself be heard and understood. Close your eyes, focus on your breathing, begin to trust and become aware of your underflow. Let your allies help you.
Your inner world opens…
In a guided session, your perceptions arise within when being called to the occasion of understanding. Your inner world shines with secrets to tell you, allowing you to notice that which no longer resonates in your heart, like eddies in the river of life set free.
Lean in, give the gift of your attention, and see what emerges. Gently move the twig or stone holding the water back – see the waters flow again.
Change comes like a needed balm from your expanded self. Meet yourself within; free yourself from gloom, limits, habits, pain, grief, fears or stuck feelings. Open yourself to the glory of who you are.
& About Me
Training and Life Experience
I became Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist in 1996. In 28 years, I have learned what is possible to facilitate improvement in the lives of clients with challenges of life purpose, grief, anxiety, habits, fears and other limitations.
Along the way, I have also studied Voice Dialogue, NonViolent Communication (NVC), and Soulcraft: the inner wilderness of the soul. In 2019, I became a Certified Medical Hypnotherapist to better support those with physical challenges and pain. In 2022, I studied with Dr. Bruce Eimer and received Pain Hypnosis Level 1 Practitioner Certification. In 2023& 2024, I completed courses in Past Life Regression & EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique known as “Tapping” ) with the honorable Katherine Zimmerman, both of which combine well with hypnotherapy.
Hypnotherapy can take you beyond your ordinary perception of knowing, where you can discern what is most important to you and put your energy into effective action.
As I’ve been a naturalist for Seattle Parks for many years, easily I weave nature imagery & metaphors into hypnotherapeutic sessions. Interest in dreams and metaphysics have moved me snce in my 30’s to become a dedicated daily meditator. Meditation and yoga are the most stabilizing habits that support me, for joyful living and well-being.
Life outside of hypnotherapy
I enjoy hiking and exploring nature: forests, beaches, seaside, and mountains of our Northwest terrain. Drawing, art, and journaling, friendships & family help to keep me balanced.
