Hypnotherapy

Some struggles are hard to understand.

Something holds you back. Difficult thoughts keep you from moving forward. Putting up with getting along just isn’t good enough anymore. You may think, “There’s more to life, but what is missing?” Or “Is this just the way it is?”

If your struggles relate to habits or thoughts you know limit your health and mental well-being, that is a good step toward healing. If you want to go beyond known boundaries, Hypnotherapy can help you.

Struggling without knowing how to change may be a blockade. If you know something needs to change, addressing the subconscious mind with Hypnotherapy can help align values with the conscious mind, which has great beneficial results.

Your mind is a powerful force. Hypnotherapy can help utilize your greatest wisdom with action steps.

How does Hypnotherapy work?

Hypnotherapy is an educational and self-improvement process that facilitates access to internal resources that help people solve problems, increase motivation, or alter behavior patterns to create positive change.

In a session, you become physically and mentally relaxed yet in a heightened state of awareness. You are fully aware of what is happening and completely control your thoughts, actions, and what you choose to speak out loud. I guide you through the relaxation process using multi-sensory imagery and simple induction techniques.

We will explore the subconscious thinking in charge of habits and behaviors. We’ll touch upon experiences or memories that want to be acknowledged and relate to the issue. Your insights from this journey will provide the basis for therapeutic suggestions that I will affirm to you.

If, at any point, you want to communicate, slow down, give feedback, or pause, you simply let me know. This time is for you. It can be adjusted to accommodate you. That is why we co-pilot the session.

Hypnotherapy is about waking up, taking control of your life, envisioning change, and achieving it.

What is superconsciousness?

Attributes of the superconscious mind are important to the experience of Hypnotherapy. During a session, the parasympathetic nervous system initiates a shift – from fear, anxiety, and anger to calmness and joy. Stress signals are interrupted to allow a higher mind with intuitive problem-solving to function more clearly.

My work is to help clients free themselves from limiting beliefs, often reflected as self-defeating thoughts which may generate pain and fear. When counter-productive thinking is redirected, a latent optimism of the soul’s nature can come forward, often accompanied by peacefulness.

The experience of the superconscious mind is often experienced for just a few minutes – when wisdom or lovingness, for example, comes to the situation.

The aspects of the superconscious mind have been named by yogic master Paramhansa Yogananda as the Eight Qualities: calmness, peace, joy, love, wisdom, power, light, and sound.
