Where do I park?

We have lots of free street parking available on Sunnyside south and north of 45th; if not, head a block or two south, and into the neighborhood.

How do I pay for sessions?

You can pay by Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, or to me by check. I request receiving all payments before or right after the session. Payment can be for a single session or discounted 10% for a purchase of three. Sessions are $120 for about 90 minutes.

How many sessions will I expect to need?
Generally, 3 to 6 sessions cover most situations, depending on what you are addressing.
What COVID-safe precautions do you take in your practice?
We schedule office sessions with an hour between for cleaning. Rooms are ventilated and comfortable, and we sit approximately five feet apart. Tele-hypnotherapy sessions are also available through Zoom as well, and they work as effectively as in-person sessions.
How do I make an appointment?

Call (206) 705-9226 to leave a message or email me at riverdeepimagery@gmail.com. Please distinguish whether you would like a free 15-minute consultation call, a 90-minute hypnotherapy session, or an hour HealFaster™ workshop by phone.

Upon confirmation, I will meet you in the lobby and bring you to my office. In the event of a Zoom or phone session, I will be sending information and confirmation.

Will I remember everything from my session?
Yes, you can remember all of it! I will email you a written summary for your reference.
Is hypnotherapy mind control?
There is no “mind control’ – hypnotherapy enables you (not me) to access your subconscious mind, for healing benefits. No one can make you if you don’t want to experience hypnotherapy, as it’s totally by choice.
Do you program my subconscious?
No, the hypnotherapy I do involves two-way communication. The wisdom comes from your own greater knowing, not from pre-formed ideas.
Can I avoid topics I don't want to explore?
Your subconscious mind protects you from treading territory you are not ready to explore. You will go to places more accessible for your understanding.
Is hypnotherapy dangerous?

Hypnotherapy is quite relaxing and good for you. As your focus moves inward and upward, you are able to access inner resources to make significant and lasting positive changes. You remember anything you want to, and you can open your eyes and come right into the room if you ever chose to end your session- Ive not yet had anyone do that.

Why did you become a hypnotherapist?

My dear younger sister passed away unexpectedly – I had my first hypno-session exploring why she had left. I became so relieved of my grief that I decided then to be a hypnotherapist.

Have kids?
I’ve always had kids around, being a lifelong teacher and friend to kids.
Have you traveled in the world?
Yes, I lived in Europe, Africa, and Japan before settling in Seattle.
What are your favorite things to do?

I enjoy meditation, exploring nature wandering & hiking, drawing and painting, sharing food with friends, as well as reading and writing.
